EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

WRP was formed to consolidate behavioral health care facilities with a focus on private and insurance paid residential, medical detox and out-patient treatment programming.

Headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, the company's management was initially composed of Andrew Spanswick, CEO and his long term business partner Dr. Alan Jason Coe, MD. Together they had previously founded and operated Paradym Health Systems, Inc., from 1995 to 2000. Paradym Health Systems, Inc. was a psychiatric hospital management firm that ran nine acute-care psychiatric units with over 180 beds under contracts throughout the Gulf South. Dr. Mark Honzel, MD was added to the management team as Medical Director of Addiction and Abuse in 2009. Dr. Honzel is currently also the physician and owner of the MRH Medical Group in Beverly Hills, CA and Medical Director of the Miracles Acute Inpatient Detox at Brotman Hospital in Culver City, CA.
